Caleb update from Mass General
Caleb continues to do well - has a bit of pneumonia- but that is to be expected... I have to be brief because I am using the nurses computer just now - so --- continue the prayers we feel them so strongly. Caleb and I were able to communicate last eve. through hand squezzing and eye contact - he let me know that he is not on pain but that he is sometimes frightened and anxious. So pray for his calming abilities and for his lungs and continue focus on his left eye - I have a Reiki master coming in today to heal it along with all of you... What Caleb has taught me the most in life is that it is important to hug a little longer, squeese a little tighter and kiss a bit more meaningfully..also to listen with interest and compassion - have we not all felt that from Caleb? So today please give someone a bit more of your time, look them in the eye and tell them how you feel and let them know you are listening - and oh yes of course - drink a pint and slap someone on the backside to support this young man we all love dearly. He is out of surgical intensive and has moved to reg. intensive where all the young nurses are - do we doubt Caleb's power? He will be goung very soon to Spalding Re-hab -- God help them - they do not know yet what force is about to hit them. So - I'll update againg tomorrow -- Love to you all, Mumsie

Very good to hear Sharon! You have people all over the world praying for Caleb and the power of God's healing through our faith can Never be underestimated. In everything Caleb does he influences people to love life more and to make people around them happier. Even in this tragic incident he has had that effect. He is a powerful Leader and probably doesn't even realize his levels of influence. God bless him and your family.

Thank you for the update -- it must be hard to move away from his bedside to keep everyone who is thinking of him up to date.
My families thoughts are with Caleb and his family!
You don't know us, but we heard about Caleb while we were vacationing up on the Cape. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. From everything I have read since returning home he has an amazing support system around him. Good luck, and God bless
Good news, Sharon!! Keep the positive news coming because we are expecting it! May God hold Caleb safely in His arms as he rests and heals. God be with you and keep you strong as you endure this trial. Your friends in Ohio have faith that soon Caleb will return to the rich life he has with his family, friends, and community members. I have never met Caleb but he sounds like someone who's been a blessing to those around him and has touched the lives of many, many people. What a gift God has given you!! I pray for you constantly and lovingly. I do want to meet him someday, along with your other sons so get him well!!! With love, your old bud, Sue
I was told of Caleb's situation at a Tool concert in Mansfield, MA. I have never met Caleb, but I can tell you I haven't stopped thinking about him and his family. All my prayers are with you!! I was glad to hear that he was responding with hand squeezes and eye contact...the last I heard, he was unable to do this. I hope and pray that it will only get better from here! All the Best, Barbara (Stoneham, MA)
thank you for the updates and comments sharon, we know where caleb gets his strength from, you are an inspiration to all of us..we love you leb
Sharyn,. thanks for the update...
I look everyday to see how Caleb is doing. As I drove out on Rt6 today a car pulled out with a pirate flag hanging out the window, as I got my coffee at the Wicked there you were on the counter and as I walked into town I stopped at your candles and sent healing thoughts your way. It all brought a tear to my eye but it was a tear mixed with sadness and joy...
Sadness for what happened, but joy for this outpour of support and love all sent your way on daily bases.
Keep Heeling, Stay Strong and here's Lots of Love and Hugs from. Eva, Keith and Lukas.
Hi Caleb, It's June 16th and I miss you terribly. Summer just ain't the same with out you laddy. There have been many a day that I have just wanted to ring you up and drag your ass over to amy's house to drink rum at 2 in the afternoon, but I guess my little (or not so little) canadian ass is gonna have to wait a bit on that one. I had a dream about you last night. You were healthy and happy and I didnt want to let you go. Hugging on the streets of ptown, I just wanted to squeeze you forever. I woke up still hugging you and I have to say it was a good way to start the day today. So know that I love you. I always knew that you were one of my favorite humans but I never thought of what my life would be like with out you. It would be no good, no fun, and not an option. Thank you sharon for raising such a strong pirate lad. I am looking forward to causing a rauckus uptown with you when were 80. All yelling and spitting and shit. Take care of yourself, try to be patient (though I am one to talk) and know that you are in all of our thoughts everyday. I love you so much and can not wait to see you again. Lots of love and hugs and kisses from fleet. xoxoxo shannon
p.s. when you bombard the prayer circle bring water balloons.

Hi Sharon,
Thanks for the updates. Know that our family is praying and sending positive thoughts to you, Caleb and your family. Caleb has been such an important part of Chris' life and we are grateful for that. It is amazing to watch the affect Caleb has had on this town especially the young. They have rallied in such a united and positive way. You have done an amazing job raising this young man and we can't wait until he is back to at least 100% of the 125% he was before the accident. Hang in there, we are all right there beside you.
I got an email today which I'm sure you've seen before. But I wanted to share it again as it reminded me of what's going on with Caleb and the town of Wellfleet. (Boy that sounds like a great title for a book. )Anyway, There is a picture of a line of people holding hands facing the immensity of ocean waves. Alone they might be washed away, but together they stand strong.
We are holding Caleb's hand while he faces his wave. Our thoughts and prayers go to Caleb and his family.

Loving support in the form of thoughts and prayers go to our Cape Cod family. Know that we are all thinking of you often. And praying for Caleb's strength and healing.
all our love,
the fausnaugh family
Thankyou, Barbara from Stoneham, for taking the time to write!!!
