A BIG Thank You
In this season of giving thanks and celebrating family togetherness, I wish to extend a warm thank you to everyone who has been involved in a myriad of ways with my son, Caleb Potter, and his recovery. On July 4, he was involved in a skateboarding accident in our little hometown of Wellfleet on Cape Cod, that caused him serious injuries. He came home from Spaulding Rehab in Boston just before Thanksgiving. Through the blog we started:

the Wellfleet community of support stretched far and wide across the country, and in fact, throughout parts of the world, with many people offering prayers and words of wisdom. We could not have come so far without this legion of support from all of you, in Wellfleet and beyond. We are sincerely grateful.

My Dear Sharyn, PLease know that this "community" of faith believers are holding Caleb, you, your family in prayer, light and love. We knew this would most certainly not be easy, but we are never prepared for setbacks when they occur. WE all are holding you up in your valient role, be there, in that ever present, warm and loving way that you can be for Caleb. Your presence by his side means so much. We send you all the hugs, strength and LOVE to see you through your day. You can do this! I worked on Caleb and am supporting his immune system, and his chronic fatigue. He is such a fighter and has such a big heart..watch that heart. I won't trouble you with a call....just know I'm working in the "background", as we all are with deep Love and Gratitude for all that we have. Blessings to you my Dear....Melinda

You really had a scare yesterday, and so did we out here! The relief today is great, and we rejoicing for Caleb and for the rest of you around him.
