Thanks for posting that Sky! I just want to give a sample of the goods we'll be auctioning, because it's unbelievable...
A Human Touch massage chair (they are heavenly!)
An irrigation system
Amazing art by the likes of Ellen Lebow, Joan Clark, Rita Doddridge, Gail Browne, Thomas Watson, Michael Stuetz, Nika Flessig, Nancy Nicol, Pat Fryklund, Robert Harding and many more!
A membership to Willy's Gym, high-quality Timberland luggage and gear, a dinghy, kayak
And please spread the word to all sports enthusiasts--we have tickets to the Pats vs. the Chargers, Red Sox vs the Twins, signed baseballs by Curt Schilling, Jon Papelbon, Randy Johnson (I know, I know, but it's from the '99 All-Star game at Fenway!) and more! And a game-used, signed bat by Kevin Youkilis!
We've got gift certificates to amazing restaurants, wonderful massage therapists, yoga classes, and so much more!
And, a little piece of Wellfleet history, we've got the quarterboard from the Ocean Bird.
As you can see, we've got the goods. And there's going to be beautiful music from Rob Scott and Dance Fight, and delicious food from Cosmos Catering, Bubala's By the Bay, Mac's Seafood, Connie's Bakery, and a raw bar! So please, everyone, spread the word! It's going to be a wonderful night!

If you're interested in volunteering, please call me. Thanks!

I have to say this and I hope it is taken in the spirit of love that it was written.
"Everything Happens for a Reason" and I think this tragedy happened to bring the community even closer than it already was, and to enlighten others about how important family and friendship is. From everything I have read since this blog started, Caleb is a strong willed young man. This is why he was chosen. He will make it through and come out even stronger and better than anyone can imagine. Yours is an awesome town Sharyn. The amount of giving, loving, and value that has been shown in Wellfleet will only double in the months and years to come.
When someone who was raised on the Cape leaves, that is when they truly admire and appreciate it.
Blessing and Love always. J
