Ellen Cavanaugh sent this photo to me this morning. I agree with her that it's a great addition to Jodi's post yesterday. The shot was taken at 6am sometime in the 1980s: A "Come As You Are Party". Moms, Dads, Kids, Dogs...a good portion of the crew//tribe. Once again, you gotta love Wellfleet!

Thanks for posting the great photo! I have to say that Ted Thomas is so photogenic! I always wondered what his armpit looked like... Yeah Ted! He! He! I'm cracking myself up typing this. It could have been a tooth paste commercial with all those white teeth showing through the smiles...

I have to tell everyone that I think it was Roland Lutender, Lucia's husband, that kept trying to catch Sharyn off guard to fool her into bending over. What you see is what she had on! It was a laugh filled morning. Ann had no phone so no way to get in touch. I don't know where Ava was. Jane & Walter are missing . . . maybe they came later with Lucia & Roland. ? No one showed up naked, to my surprise! Caleb & Shaye are both in this photo.

Timmy, it is the older Rushby with Mia under & behind him. You have to click on the picture to enlarge and see her! His Dad hiding in the back row. Otis/Nick missing from this one.
Now that I look again I can't tell who the two kids are to the left of Jonah. . . .someone help?
This was not a planned event..Ellen actually called us all up about 5:45 AM and told us to come as you are for breakfast.....just a bunch of goofy fleetians with nothing better to do at 6:00AM!!

The two "strays" in the picture are my nephews Brendan and Seamus Rushby/Lennon Jeremy & Erics cousins Eric was most likely in back with Joe, he's missing in the other shot of all the preschoolers on Jodi's porch, never did like his pic taken. I will email some pics to sky for posting. Love Carrie
